摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,严重危害人类健康,为家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。近年来,非药物排痰方法在COPD患者中的研究有了一定进展,本文通过对国内外研究结果进行总结和分析,以期为COPD患者非药物排痰方法的制定提供参考和依据。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a common chronic respiratory disease, which not only seriously endanger human health but also bring a heavy financial burden to families and society. There has been made new progress on the study of non-drug sputum expectoration in patients with COPD for the past few years. Meanwhile the status has been summarized and analysed based on domestic and overseas research for the purpose of giving advices and references that would help to develop a proposal of non-drug expectoration in COPD
