主权外债在管理运行中存在的问题及其对策

摘　　要：我国外债管理体制从改革开放以来一直在发展,虽然取得一定成效,但还不健全。随着我国外债规模的不断扩大,政府必须要不断完善外债管理体制,加强对外债的管理,提高对外债的使用效率,使外债在经济建设中发挥最大价值。Jilin Province is making progress in the foreign debt management system,albeit not very sound.As the size of foreign debts keeps increasing,the government has to continuously refine the management system to maximize the value of foreign debts for economic construction.
