摘　　要：对我国儿童用药和上海样本医院2014至2016年儿童处方用药情况进行分析,试图从用药结构、种类分布、儿童用药类型占比等方面展开分析与讨论,目的是推导了解我国儿童用药的总体结构和儿童处方用药情况,并分析其中存在的问题,为儿童合理用药提供建议。通过分析,明确指出目前儿童用药临床研究缺乏,导致药品说明书中儿童用药信息标注不足、儿童适宜用药品种少等问题。According to the structure of children＇s drug use in China and the prescription medication of children in the sample hospitals in Shanghai from 2014 to 2016, this paper aims to investigate the problems by analyzing and discussing medication structure, distribution and children＇s medication type ratio,and to provide suggestions for rational use of drugs in children. Through analysis, this paper points out that the lack of clinical research on children＇s medication leads to inadequate labeling of children＇s medication instructions and few drug varieties suitable for children.
