摘 要:用无毒,廉价,操作简单的负载型氧化物为催化剂。浸渍法制备了Na_2SiO_3/MgO催化剂,用XRD、CO_2-TPD等手段对其进行了表征,并在高温高压反应釜中进行了以CO_2、环氧丙烷(PO)和甲醇为原料一步法合成碳酸二甲酯。结果表明:Na_2SiO_3/MgO催化剂具有良好的催化性能,催化剂活性组分均匀地分散在载体上且与载体有明显的强相互作用,在最佳反应条件(V_(CH_3OH)∶V_(PO)=3∶2、反应时间5h、反应压力为2.0MPa、反应温度为160℃)下,环氧丙烷转化率为100%,DMC收率达到42.16%。The Na2SiO3/MgO catalyst was prepared by using nontoxic, cheap, simple operation load typi oxide as catalyst, characterized by XRD and CO2-TPDOne-pot synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was investigated using CO2,propylene oxide and methanol as raw materials in the high temperature and high pressure reaction ket- tle. The results show that NazSiOJMgO has the best catalytic performance. The catalyst active component spread evenly on the cartier and it has obvious strong interaction with the carrier. The reaction conditions are as follows: the VCH3OH:VFo was 3:2, reaction time was 5h, reaction pressure was 2.0MPa, reaction temperature was 160℃. The propylene oxide conversion rate can reach 100%, the yield of dimethyl carbonate was 25.16%.
