摘  要:以核桃壳为原料,经炭化后,采用KOH高温活化制备出核桃壳基活性炭,产品用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了形貌,并测试了产品对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。考察了活化温度与核桃壳粒径对产品产率的影响。结果表明:活化温度越高,核桃壳粒径越小,产率越低;活性炭产品对pH值大于8的亚甲基蓝溶液去除效果较好。Walnut shell-based activated carbon was prepared by carbonization and high temperature activation with KOH using walnut shell as raw material. The morphology of product was characterized by scanning electron- microscope (SEM). The adsorption capacity of methylene blue of product was tested. Effects of the activation tem- perature and the grain size on the yield of activated carbon were investigated. The results showed that the yield de- crease with the activation temperature increasing and grain size decreasing. The activated carbon product has a good removal effect on the methylene blue solution with pH higher than 8.
