摘 要:建立干灰化-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测化妆品中有害元素的方法。样品通过浓HNO_3/H_2O_2在一定时间内进行消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪定量检测铅、砷、汞、铜、铬、锰6种有害元素。检测结果(mg·kg^(-1))表明,3种样品中都含有这6种有害元素,元素含量分别为Pb:0.202~0.208,As:0.2032~0.299,Hg:0.037~0.041,Cu:6.176~8.724,Cr:0.843~0.882,Mn:0.294~0.665,均未超过国家标准。仪器检出限范围是0~0.053mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差在0.0043%~3.1%,说明该方法有灵敏度高、分析速度快以及简便实用等优点。The dry ashing method-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method for deter- mination of harmful elements in the Emulsion Cosmetics was established. Samples were digested by HNO3/H2O2 in a certain period of time, and 6 kinds of harmful elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emis- sion spectrometry, and they are Pb,As, Hg, Cu, Cr, Mn. The test results(mg·kg^-1)show that 3 samples in both of the 6 harmful elements, the measurement of the content of elements were Pb: 0.202-0.208, As: 0.2032-0.299, Hg: 0.037-0.041, Cu: 6.176-8.724, Cr: 0.843-0.882, Mn: 0.294~0.665,didn't exceed the national standard. The detec- tion limit was that 0~0.053mg· L^-1, the relative standard deviations were from 0.0043%-3.1%, show that the method has high sensitivity, rapid analysis and simple advantages.
