甘蔗腋芽外植体生长影响因素分析

摘  要:以桂糖46号为试验材料,通过培育不同形态和部位的甘蔗茎段,并对甘蔗腋芽的发芽率,腋芽苗的株高和假茎粗进行测量和分析,探讨健壮的甘蔗腋芽苗外植体培育方法。试验结果表明,不同形态和部位的甘蔗茎段对腋芽萌发及生长均具有一定程度的影响,但以不同部位的茎段对腋芽萌发及生长影响最为明显。甘蔗茎中部位置的茎段其腋芽萌芽率和腋芽苗的株高、假茎粗与蔗头和蔗尾位置的茎段相比具有明显的优势。在甘蔗腋芽苗组培过程中获取健壮的甘蔗腋芽苗,需选择甘蔗茎中部位置的茎段进行腋芽苗培育,甘蔗茎段的长短和茎径对腋芽苗影响较小,不需筛选。Sugarcane GT46 as an experimental material, through the cultivation of sugarcane stem segments with different shapes and positions, measured and analyzed the germination rate, plant height and cauloid diameter of sugarcane from axillary buds, to explore the method of explant culture of robust sugarcane axillary bud seedlings. The results showed that, the different shapes and positions of stem segment of sugarcane certainly affected their germination and growth. The germination and growth of axillary bud were most obviously affected by the stem segments at different positions. In the middle of sugarcane stem segment were obviously stem segment in the bud germination rate, plant height and cauloid crude of axillary bud superior to top and tail of seedlings. It is necessary to select stem segments at the middle part of sugarcane stem so as to acquire vigorous axillary bud seedlings. The stem length and stem diameter of sugarcane have little influence on axillary bud seedlings, and need not to be screened.
