农业科研院所推动农作物秸秆综合利用的实践与思考——以安徽省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：文章阐述了安徽省农作物秸秆资源现状,总结了安徽省农业科学院农作物秸秆综合利用的成效,分析了农作物秸秆综合利用存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了制订秸秆综合利用发展规划、加快全省种养业产业结构调整、加强秸秆综合利用技术创新、强化技术转化推广服务工作、加大资金与政策扶持力度等进一步推动农作物秸秆综合利用的对策。The current status of the crop stalk resources in Anhui Province was elaborated in the paper. Effects of the crop stalk resource utilization in Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences were summarized. Main problems in comprehensive utilization of crop stalk were analyzed. Based on the drawback of previous approaches on crop straw utilization, countermeasures on the future comprehensive utilization of crop straw were proposed in the paper, such as making a plan for the development of crop stalk resource utilization, promoting the structural adjustment of farming and animal husbandry, developing innovative method for straw utilization, strengthening widespread and technical service, increasing capital investment, etc.
