摘  要:创新是引领发展的第一动力,人才是支撑发展的第一资源。文章以中国水稻研究所为例,总结了其十八大以来创新人才管理工作的主要举措及取得的成效,分析了其在创新人才管理工作中存在的人才总量相对不足、人才结构不尽合理和人才管理机制不健全等主要问题,并从培育高端人才、做好系统规划、完善人才管理制度等方面提出了进一步做好人才管理工作的建议。Innovation lies first in leading force to development, and talent is the primary resource in supporting development. In this paper, taking Chinese National Rice Research Institute as an example, the main measures and outcomes of the innovation of the management of talents since 18th CPC National Congress were summarized. Problems in the talent management were pointed out, such as the total amount was not enough, the structure was not rational and the mechanism of talent management was not perfect. Thoughts and main ideas of the innovation of the management of talents were suggested from such aspects as the cultivation of high-level talents, making systematic plans, and perfecting the management mechanism.
