摘　　要：为提高打样效率,设计了一种结构简单、操作方便、效能高的自动打样机穿综架,由底座、纱架、夹纱板、综框插座、钢筘固定装置、底座支架等机构组成。实践结果显示,使用该设备可使穿综不在小样织机上进行,小样机的效能提高了5倍以上。To improve the efficiency of drawing-in, an automatic proofing machine with simple structure, easy operation and high efficiency is designed. The machine is composed of looming frame, base, creel, gripper plate, heald frame socket, reed fixed device and base holder. The practical production shows that drawing-in can be no longer carried out on the sampling looms, and the drawing-in efficiency can be increased at least 5 times.
