摘 要:采用三罗拉花式捻线机生产粒子与结子复合纱,从设备改造方法、设备工艺参数、纺纱工艺设计等方面探讨了复合纱的生产工艺。试验结果显示:利用多形式电动机电脑控制系统代替原有的PLC控制系统,只需要一道纺纱工序即可实现粒子与结子的精确定位,开发出新型粒子与结子复合纱。该纱线结构新颖,粒子与结子分布均匀、有序且不易滑脱,同时手感柔软舒适,可满足各种风格服装的用纱需求。The three-roller twister fancy machine is used to produce particle and knot composite fancy yarn. The equipment modification method, equipment process parameters and spinning technology design are explored for the production process of the composite yarn. The results show that the computer control system of multi-form motor is used to replace the original PLC control system. Only one spinning process is needed to realize the precise position of the particle and knot composite fancy yarn to develop new type of composite yarn. The prepared yarn has novel structure and uniform distribution with particles and knots on the composite yarn difficult to slip off. The composite yarn is soft and comfortable, which could meet the requirements of yarn for various fashion styles.
