白内障超声乳化摘出人工晶体植入联合单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗白内障合并翼状胬肉的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化摘出人工晶体植入联合单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗白内障合并翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法选取50例白内障合并翼状胬肉患者为研究对象,均行超声乳化摘出人工晶体植入联合单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察其治疗效果及并发症情况等。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后半年患者裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力均显著升高(P<0.01);角膜散光显著减少,角膜曲率显著上升(P<0.01)。治疗后半年,50例患者均未见人工晶体移位、巩膜穿孔、激素性青光眼等并发症,其中翼状胬肉复发3眼,角膜残留云翳7眼,后发性白内障4眼。结论对于白内障患者,行超声乳化摘出人工晶体植入联合单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗效果确切,安全性高,对于提高患者视力、改善预后有积极作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract. Methods Fifty cases of cataract patients with pterygium in our hospital were selected,all patients underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with simple pterygium excision treatment,observation after treatment of patients with visual acuity,corneal changes and recurrence. Results Half a year after the treatment,the visual acuity of patients were improved,patients visual acuity increased significantly （P 〈0. 01）; compared with before treatment,after treatment of corneal astigmatism were significantly reduced during the first half of the year,significant increase in corneal curvature （P 〈0. 01）; half year after treatment,50 patients had no IOL dislocation,scleral perforation,steroid induced glaucoma and other complications,the recurrence of pterygium in 3 eyes,corneal residual clouds in 7 eyes after cataract in 4 eyes. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with simple excision of pterygium is effective and safe for cataract patients.
