北京旧城四合院街区的复兴模式研究

摘　　要：北京的胡同、四合院是京味文化的代表性符号,也是北京最具特色的建筑,四合院的兴衰见证了北京数百年的历史变迁。然而,随着城市化进程的不断加速,北京胡同四合院面临着巨大的冲击。通过对北京四合院街区历史现状的梳理与分析,针对北京旧城四合院街区的复兴模式,提出了恢复四合院街区的城市功能、建立多元共生的四合院街区生态、建立四合院街区精细土地开发模式以及建立可持续的四合院街区更新及管理干预机制等具体措施。Beijing＇s alley and Shiheyuan （a kind of quadrangle dwelling） are the representative symbols of Beijing＇s style and culture, they are also Beijing＇s most featured architecture, the rise and fall of Shiheyuan witnessed the historical change of Beijing for hundreds of years. However, with the continuously acceleration of urbanization process, Beijing＇s alley and Shiheyuan are facing a huge impact. Based on the summary and analysis of the historical and current statuses of Beijing＇s Shiheyuan block, this article puts forward the specific measures for the restoration of Shiheyuan block＇s urban functions, the establishment of Shiheyuan block ecology featured by diversity and co- existence, the establishment of fine land development models and the establishment of a sustainable renewal and management intervention mechanism for Shiheyuan block.
