摘　　要：为理解山本理显对新时期住宅建筑的诠释,并发掘他在建筑实践中所体现的思想及理念,从他所提出的"地域社会圈"的角度,对韩国板桥集合住宅与首尔江南住宅总体布局及户型特征进行分析,从公共空间、生活模式、社区人际关系三方面得到有利于中国住宅发展的启示。In order to understand Riken Yamamoto＇s interpretation of residential buildings in the new period and to explore his ideas and concepts embodied in his architectural practice, from the perspective of ＂regional social circle＂ created by him, this articles analyzes the overall layout and trait characteristics of South Korea＇s Pangyo residential Building and Seoul＇s Gangnam residential building, it can provide the enlightenment for China＇s residential building development from the three dimensions, namely： public space, lifestyle and interpersonal relationships in the community.
