摘　　要：文章基于我国特色新型智库建设的战略背景,从理论创新、知识创新、内容创新、管理创新对于智库建设的重要性视角,分析了目前我国信息资源服务智库建设面临的挑战及存在的主要问题,在此基础上,提出了新形势下信息资源服务智库创新的基本策略。Based on the strategic background of the construction of new - type intelligent library in Chi- na, the paper analyzes the challenge and main problems of the construction of the information resources service in China from the perspective of theoretical innovation, knowledge innovation, content innovation and management innovation, and on this basis, this paper puts forward the basic strategy of the innova- tion of information resources service in the new situation.
