摘 要:高纯石英是制备光导纤维、石英坩埚、大口径石英管、单晶和多晶硅的重要原料,并在光纤通信、光伏、功能陶瓷、电子、航空航天等高新技术产业中具有不可取代地位。本文阐述了高纯石英的基本特性,对国内高纯石英制备技术现状进行概述,并对我国高纯石英制备工艺的发展方向提出科学的建议。High-purity quartz was the materials for preparing optical fiber, quartz crucible, large diameter quartz tube, single crystal and polycrystalline silicon, thus it had great influence on optical fiber communication, photovolta- ic, functional ceramics, electronics, aerospace and other high-tech industries. In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the preparing technology of high-purity quartz in China, this paper expounded the basic infor- mation of high-purity quartz, and gave an overview of the status of the preparing technology, and there was put for- ward some scientific suggestions.
