摘  要:以现场配料为基础,通过烧结杯试验,研究不同碱度与烧结矿转鼓指数、成品率、小粒级及冶金性能之间的规律。结果表明:随碱度提高,烧结矿的转鼓指数升高,烧结成品率也成上升趋势,烧结矿的小粒级烧结矿的小粒级有增加趋势,但变化不明显,烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能和还原性能明显改善。为研究不同碱度对烧结矿质量的影响提供了理论依据。This paper was based on filed burden and studied the disciplinarians of different basicity with tumbler index, sinter product ratio, small grains and metallurgical properties through the sinter pot experiment. Studies showed that when the basicity was increased,the tumbler index of sinter got increased,and the sinter product ratio also in- creased. There was increasing trend of the small grains of sinter,but the trend was not very obvious. On the contra- ry, the RDI of sinter changed obviously. So this paper provided theoretical basis on the study of the influence of dif- ferent basicity on the quality of sintering
