摘　　要：目的了解"掌上妇幼"平台预约挂号实施两年来的运行情况,分析存在问题,提出改进措施和建议,为改善预约服务流程、数字化医院建设提供决策依据。方法收集2015年6月至2017年5月我院HIS系统预约数据及"掌上妇幼"手机端工作数据,利用SPSS软件及EXCEL软件进行统计分析。结果 "掌上妇幼"手机端运行情况良好,用户数、预约挂号数、充值数增长较快,预约占比不断提高,爽约率呈下降趋势,同时手机端预约挂号在妇科、内科、儿科系统中占比较高,在产科系统及生殖健康中心预约占比较低。结论手机端预约挂号操作便捷,受到患者肯定。应不断完善预约流程,拓展"掌上妇幼"功能,运用"互联网+"理念,提高患者就医体验。Objective To know the implementation status and existing problems of the mobile phone side appointment registration of the past two years, which would provide the foundation to put forward improved interventions and bring the recommendations to improve the appointment service process. Methods Collection of June 2015-May 2017 Hospital HIS system booking data and the work data of the mobile phone side, and choose SPSS software and EXCEL software for statistical analysis. Results The appointment registration in mobile phone side was running well, the number of users, the number of appointments and the number of recharge increased rapidly while the discount rate was decreased. Also, the mobile phone appointment rate was uneven between the different department, and it accounted for a higher proportion in the gynecological, medical, pediatric system departments, but accounted for a lower in the obstetric system departments and reproductive health center. Conclusion As the operation of the mobile phone side appointment registration is convenient and it have gotten the patient＇s affirmation, so we should continue to improve the appointment process and expand the service function so as to make the patient can get a more satisfied experience.
