摘  要:为了解决UG10.0编程软件自身多轴编程功能不能优化地编制出特殊曲面的刀路轨迹的缺陷,通过研究采用刀轨转曲线方式(即研究编制输出数据点后处理文件),采用数据点后处理和曲线转化相结合方式编制出优化的刀轨路径。经大量的实际加工验证,此编程方式可提高编程人员多轴程序的效率,提升加工程序的准确性和优化性。In order to solve the problem that UG10.0 programming software its own multi-axis programming function cannot be optimized to develop tool path with special curved surface, this paper researched the way of tool path converting to curve, namely, researched, developed and output data post-processing documents, and used the combination between data post-processing and curve conversion to develop the optimized tool path route,then through a large number of actual processes to verify, this programming method improved the efficiency of multi-axis program of programmer and increased accuracy and optimization of processing program.
