摘  要:为了探测激光激发频率转换材料所产生的微弱回波信号,设计并搭建了一套基于调制解调原理的微弱回波探测系统。系统使用在1550nm波长附近有较强辐射的镱铒共掺硫氧化钇红外转换材料作为被测材料,采用波长为980nm的激光激发,利用InGaAsPIN光电二极管作为光电探测器以及中心波长为1550nm的窄带滤光片滤除环境光干扰,运用相敏检波器实现回波信号提取。试验表明,被测信号的信噪比改善超过22.3dB,系统能有效地抑制噪声,为使用InGaAsPIN光电二极管作为探测器探测、识别红外转换材料提供了一种方法。In order to detect the weak laser echo signal produced by energizing frequency conversion material with laser, a weak echosignal detection system based on modem principle is designed. The system uses the Ytterbium Erbium codoped Yttrium Oxysulfide(Y202 S: Yb,Er) with a 1550 nm peak emission as the target and a 980 nm wavelength laser as exciting light source. An InGaAs PIN photodiodeis adopted to collect and convert the echo light,and a dedicated band pass filter with a 1550 nm center wave length isused to suppress the interference caused by ambient light. Aphase sensitive demodulation circuit is implemented toextract the echo signal. Experimental tests show that detection system can suppress noise effectively and the signal to noise ratio of the measured signal could be improved by more than 22.3 dB,thereby providing a good method for detecting and identifying infrared conversion material with InGaAs PIN photodiode.
