摘　　要：全域旅游作为一种新的旅游发展思路,指导着各地旅游业的发展。地坑院作为三门峡市独具特色的旅游资源,倍受地方政府的重视。然而地坑院开发过程中出现了重开发轻保护、基础设施薄弱、景区管理混乱等一系列问题。陕州地坑院必须在全域旅游思路指导下,坚持保护和开发并重,深入挖掘地坑院文化特色,改善景区配套设施,从而打造出独具豫西文化特色的旅游品牌,促进三门峡市的旅游发展。All - for - one tourism is guiding tourism development within the whole scope of China as a new method. Local government attaches great importance to the silo - cave because of its uniqueness in Sanmenxia. However, there is a series of problems in the development process, such as more exploitation but less protection, weak infrastructure, poor management of scenic spot and so on. Based on the guidance of all - for - one tourism, the government and scenic spots should emphasize on protection and development, explore the culture feature of the silo - cave and improve scenic facilities so as to create a tourism brand with unique cultural characteristics in western Henan and promote the development of tourism in Sanmenxia.
