摘　　要：中材海外工程有限公司一总包水泥生产线应业主要求将水泥散装系统手动控制改造为了自动控制。文章简要介绍了原有散装控制系统流程及改进控制要求,详细介绍了系统升级方案及自动控制原理,最后介绍了调试中出现的问题和解决措施。总的来说,本改造达到了闭环自动控制的效果且成本相对节约。According to the requirements of owner, Sinoma Overseas Engineering Co.,Ltd. turned the manual control system of the ce- ment bulk system of a general project into automatic control. The paper introduces in brief the original bulk control system process and improvement control requirements, and introduces the system upgrade scheme and automatic control principle in detail. Finally, intro- duces the debugging problems and solutions. The reform has achieved the effect of closed loop automatic control and the cost is relative- ly saving in general.
