摘 要:随着无线通信技术的发展和通信需求的提升,运用IP多媒体子系统技术对电力系统的视频会议业务进行升级改造以满足LTE接入场景需求变得越来越迫切。文章首先对媒体资源控制处理机制、应用层组播和服务质量等IMS融合视频会议的关键技术进行分析,借鉴3GPP的标准架构和分布式架构的特点,提出了基于IMS的LTE分布式视频会议部署架构,并根据架构设计原型和业务场景,通过变化与会终端数量对原型性能进行测试评估。测试结果表明IMS分布式架构相较于传统集中式架构能充分利用LTE网络的基础资源,有效减少了终端侧不必要的数据处理和转发,既节省了带宽资源,也避免了传统视频会议多点控制单元的单点故障隐患。With the development of mobile communication technology and high communication requirement, in order to accomplish the LTE access scenarios in the fiture, this paper tends to relbrm the video conferencing service in electric power enterprise with IMS technology. The key technologies of IMS integration with video conferencing such as MRFC/MRFP mechanism, ALM technology and QoS are analyzed, a new architecture for the IMS-based distributed conferencing service with the utilization of 4G infrastructure is proposed refers to 3GPP IMS conference architecture and ALM-based distributed architecture. A prototype has been built to prove the feasibility of the proposed architecture and evaluate its performances with the variation of participants. The results show that our proposed distributed video conferencing service can actually reduce the required bit rates that each peer has to provide in order to maintain operations of a video conference session, this reduction saves valuable radio resources and allows IMS-based distributed conference service to fully utilize LTE resource without MCU controller, hence the single point failure can be voided.
