摘  要:人工辅助心脏VAD在欧美等发达国家已大量应用,传统VAD采用恒定转速控制方式,经临床数据显示易导致患者出现主动脉瓣闭锁不全以及根部血栓的问题。提出一种VAD转速脉动控制调节系统方案,采用四段制脉动方式,可以由医护人员根据患者的实际生理需求设定控制规律,通过改变VAD转速来调整输出压力和流量,使主动脉瓣在控制周期内可进行充分开合,减少或避免根部血栓。为验证系统的合理性和有效性,搭建了一个测试回路,测试转速脉动控制对VAD的压力和流量的影响,结果表明此方式可对VAD的输出压力和流量进行主动调节,医护人员可据此针对每位患者实行个性化治疗。VAD ( Ventricular Assist Device) has been widely used in Europe and the United States. Most VADs use constant rotational speed control. Clinical data show that the patients are prone to aortic insufficiency and root thrombosis. A VAD speed pulsation control system is proposed to solve this problem. The four - step pulsation method can be used to set the control law according to the actual physiological needs of the patients. The VAD speed can be used to adjust the output pressure and flow so that the aortic valve Control cycle can be fully open and close to reduce or avoid root thrombosis. In order to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the system, a test circuit is set up to test the effect of speed pulsation on VAD pressure and flow. Results show that this method can adjust the output pressure and flow of VAD, and individualized treatment can be performed for each patient.
