摘  要:以花叶艳山姜吸芽为外植体,对丛生芽诱导及增殖、生根培养及移栽等环节开展研究。结果表明:最佳丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 3.5 mg/L;丛生芽增殖培养基3/2 MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L,室温度23-25℃最有利于增殖苗生长,自然光增殖苗生长良好;MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L可使生根苗生长健壮;泥炭土:珍珠岩(V:V)=8:2有利于生根苗移栽。This paper studied the induction and proliferation of tubules, roots culture and transplanting. The results show that the best bud induction medium was MS+6-BA 3.5 rag/L; buds medium 3/2 MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L, room temperature of 23-25℃ is most conducive to the proliferation of seedling growth, seedling growth and proliferation of natural light and good; MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L can make the rooting seedling robust growth; peat soil: perlite (V:V) =8:2 for rooting plantlets.
