摘　　要："一带一路"为高等中医药院校国际人才培养提供了平台,通过就国际人才培养的意义以及目前高等中医药院校人才培养现状进行分析,并提出如何培养出具有国际视野、国际理念、过硬的专业知识、良好的综合素质和符合市场需求的中医药国际人才的相应措施,以加速中医药国际人才培养的步伐,提升国际人才培养质量,实现中医药国际教育的可持续发展。＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy provides a platform for international talent cultivation in Colleges and universities of Chinese Medicine. We analyze the status of the international personnel training as well as the significance of the current talents in universities of Chinese Medicine culture, and put forward how to cultivate with international perspective, international concept, excellent professional knowledge and good compre- hensive quality and corresponding measures in line with talent the international market demand of Chinese Medicine, to accelerate the pace of international personnel training, improve training quality and realize the sustainable development of international education of Chinese Medicine.
