摘 要:目的:筛选蛹虫草口服液总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计试验考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数四因素对蛹虫草口服液多糖提取率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度为100℃、提取时间为2 h、料液比为1:10(g/mL)、提取次数为3次。在最佳提取工艺条件下,蛹虫草口服液多糖的提取率为2.781%。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,可为蛹虫草口服液的生产提供参考。Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide in Yongchongcao Oral Liquid. Methods: The study applied the orthogonal test to discusse the influences of temperature, time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on extraction yield of polysaccharide in Yongchongcao oral liquid. Results: The optimal extraction condition was extraction temperature of 100℃, extraction time of 2 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 (g/mL) and extracted three times. Under the optimal extraction condition, the extracting rate of polysaccharide in Yongchongcao oral liquid is 2.781%. Conclusion: The optimal extraction technique with better repeatability is stable, which can provide the reference for the production of Yongchongcao Oral Liquid.
