摘　　要：通过查阅近10年的文献资料对黄明胶的本草学、化学成分及药理作用进行综述。结果发现,黄明胶在古代一直与阿胶混用,至宋代才渐渐与阿胶区分;其氨基酸总含量高于阿胶;有润肠通便、抗疲劳、补血的作用,为黄明胶的后续研究奠定文献学基础。In this paper, we reviewed the agrostology, composition and pharmacology action of colla corii boris through consulting the literature of the past 10 years. The results found that colla corii bovis has not been distinguised with colla corii asini until Song dynasty; its total amino acid content is higher than that of colla corii asini, and colla cofii boris has the ole of relaxing bowel, anti-fatigue and blood, which laid the foundation of late-stage？study for the research of colla corii boris.
