摘　　要：目的调查官兵心理扭力现状,并对其影响因素进行初步探索,为官兵自杀问题的发现和干预提供参考。方法采用心理扭力问卷和自编一般情况调查问卷对812名官兵进行整群抽样调查。结果官兵体验到的扭力值相对较低,90%的官兵在四个扭力维度得分低于45;在期望扭力维度,学历越高体验到的扭力值越大(F=2.43,P=0.04);在应对扭力维度,独生子女与非独生子女差异显著(F=-2.25,P=0.02);来自于城市环境的官兵在心理扭力各维度得分最低,且差异显著。结论降低官兵心理扭力对维护官兵心理健康具有重要意义,可以通过帮助官兵树立正确积极的价值观、追求合理的期望、保持心理平衡、学习有效的困境应对方式等实现。Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological strain of soldiers ＆ officer and to explore the potential influencing factors,and finally to provide reference for the identification and intervention of the suicide problem among soldiers. Method A total of 812 soldiers ＆ officers were surveyed with Psychological Strain Scale （PSS） and self-made General questionnaire through cluster sampling. Results Soldiers ＆ officers experienced relatively low psychological strain ,with the four dimension scores of 90% of them less than 45. The highly educated tended to experience greater aspiration strain （F=2.43,P=0.04）. The coping strain experienced by single-child in family was significantly lower than non single-child （F=-2.25,P=0.02）. Soldiers ＆ officers from cities had less psychological strain than those from rural areas. Conclusion Reducing the psychological strain is of great significance to the maintenance of mental health of officers and soldiers. It can be achieved through helping them to establish the correct and positive sense of worth,enriching them with a reasonable motivation and ambition,keeping balance in mind,and learning how to cope with difficulties,etc.
