摘　　要：目的观察并探讨Angiojet血栓抽吸系统联合置管溶栓在急性肢体动脉栓塞疾病治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析近期笔者所在科应用Angiojet血栓抽吸系统联合置管溶栓治疗18例急性肢体动脉栓塞疾病患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均使用了Angiojet血栓抽吸系统来处理血管闭塞段,治疗后闭塞段均得到了有效开通,其开通率为100%,术中术后均未出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症。结论 Angiojet血栓抽吸系统联合置管溶栓在治疗急性肢体动脉栓塞性疾病方面具有疗效显著、创伤小、安全性高等优点,为急性肢体动脉栓塞患者提供了一种较为有效的选择。Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effects of acute limbs arterial embolism treated with Angiojet thrombus aspiration system combined with catheter thrombolysis. Methods Clinical data of 18 cases with acute limbs arterial embolism treated with this system combined with catheter thrombolysis were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 18 patients＇vascular occlusion segments were dealt with by using the system,the vascular occlusion segments were effectively opened with repatency rate of 100 percents,at the same time,there were no serious complications such as bleeding and perforation at postoperation. Conclusions The system combined with catheter thrombolysis in the treatment of acute limbs arterial embolism has advantages as obvious curative effect,small trauma,high safety,so that could provide an effective choice for the patients with acute limbs arterial embolism.
