超声对术后无症状患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对术后无症状患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断价值。方法对2015年8月—2016年12月接受手术治疗的183例患者,年龄>40岁和年龄≤40岁在术后第1、2、3、5、7天行超声检查,分析发生下肢深静脉血栓的情况及规律。结果 183例患者中有34例发生血栓,发生率为18.6%。血栓组中年龄>40岁患者的发生率为64.7%、年龄≤40岁患者的发生率为35.3%。年龄>40岁的患者在术后第1、2、3天比年龄≤40岁的患者更容易发生下肢深静脉血栓形成。34例患者中发生在股浅静脉2例,腘静脉5例,小腿深静脉27例。结论超声对术后无症状患者下肢深静脉血栓的检出率为18.6%。小腿深静脉是术后无症状患者下肢静脉血栓的好发部位。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in the lower limb of asymptomatic patients. Methods From August 2015 to December 2016 the 183 patients （patients 〉40 years of age and patients ≤40 years of age） to be subject to surgical treatment on the postoperative lst,2nd,3rd,5th and 7th day received ultrasound examination of lower limbs,the cause of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and the regulation were analyzed. Results Thirty-three out of the 183 patients had deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,the incidence was 18.6%. In the thrombus group＇s patients （〉40 years of age） the incidence was 64.7%,the for patient＇s（≤40 years of age） the incidence was 35.3%. The former on postoperative lst,2nd,3rd days were more likely to develop deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs than the latter. Among the 34 patients 2 had superficial vein,5 popliteal vein,27 leg deep vein. Conclusion The ultrasonic inspection rate of deep vein thrombosis in asymptomatic patients at postoperation is 18.6%. The leg deep vein is a good part of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in postoperative asymptomatic patients.
