摘　　要：目的运用德尔菲法构建慢性心力衰竭患者多元文化护理宣教方案。方法采用文献资料法、访谈法及住院患者预调查,构建出老年慢性心力衰竭患者多元文化护理宣教的框架内容,遴选行业内知名专家开展两轮专家咨询。结果咨询专家积极系数为100%,专家权威程度0.895(>0.7),确定的慢性心力衰竭多元文化护理宣教方案指标体系有10个一级指标、29个二级指标、117个三级指标。结论本研究可以为慢性心力衰竭患者实施个性化的与其文化相一致的护理宣教提供依据和参考。Objective To establish a multicuhural nursing education scheme for patients with chronic heart failure by applying Delphi method. Methods By using the method of literature information, interview and inpatient pre-survey, muhicultural nursing missionary framework was established for senile patients with chronic heart failure. Two rounds of consultation were conducted by well-known experts in the industry. Results The expert positive coefficient was 100%, and the degree of specialist authority was 0.895 （〉0.7）. The final definition of muhicuhural care scheme include 10 firstclass indexes, 29 second-class indexes and 117 third-class indexes. Conclusion This study can be applied in patients with chronic heart failure to implement individualized nursing education.
