益肾化瘀排浊汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾化瘀排浊汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年7月~2016年6月收治的66例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为单药组和联合组,各33例。两组均接受对症支持治疗,单药组单纯给予患者复方α-酮酸片治疗,联合组在单药组的基础上给予益肾化瘀排浊汤治疗。比较两组的肾功能指标和机体营养指标。结果两组治疗后的的尿素氮、血肌酐以及内生肌酐清除率水平低于治疗前,联合组治疗后的尿素氮、血肌酐以及内生肌酐清除率水平低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的体重、上臂肌围、肱三头肌皮肤皱褶厚度、血红蛋白及血清白蛋白指标优于治疗前,联合组治疗后的体重、上臂肌围、肱三头肌皮肤皱褶厚度、血红蛋白及血清白蛋白指标优于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰竭采用益肾化瘀排浊汤和复方α-酮酸片联合的用药方案不但能够改善患者的肾功能,还能使患者的营养状况得到改善。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Huayu Paizhuo Decoction combined with compound α-ketoacid tablets in the treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）.nethods A total of 66 CRF patients treated in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the medication-only group and the combined group,33 cases in each group.The symptomatic supportive treatment was provided in the two groups.In the medicationonly group,Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets was used,while in the combined group,on the basis of the medication-only group,Yishen Huayu Paizhuo Decoction was added.The indicators of renal function and nutrition indicators in the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,and endogenous creatinine clearance in the two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment,the levels of serum urea nitrogen,serum ereatinine,and endogenous creatinine clearance in the combined group after treatment was lower than that in the medicationonly group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The nutrition indicators including body weight,arm muscle circumference,thickness of skin-fold of musculus triceps brachii,hemoglobin,and serum albumin in the two groups after treatment were better than that before treatment,the nutrition indicators including body weight,arm muscle circumference,thickness of skin-fold of musculus triceps brachii,hemoglobin,and serum albumin in the combined group after treatment were better than that in the medication-only group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For CRF patients, application of Yishen Huayu Paizhuo Decoction combined with Compound α-Ketoaeid Tablets can not only improve patient＇s renal function,but also better their nutritional status.
