摘 要:[目的]调查福建省平和县和漳浦县6个疏于管理的香蕉园病害发生情况。[方法]采集样品并分别提取DNA和RNA,通过PCR或反转录PCR(RT-PCR)检测香蕉束顶病、香蕉条纹病、香蕉叶鞘腐败病、香蕉花叶心腐病和香蕉枯萎病染病情况。[结果]叶鞘腐败病检出率最高,其次是条纹病和束顶病,没有检测出香蕉花叶心腐病。枯萎病仅在根系材料中有检出,在叶片中无检出。[结论]蕉园管理不力会导致香蕉叶鞘腐败病和香蕉条纹病等病害的大规模发生。[Objective] The aim was to investigate the diseases in 6 poorly managed banana orchards in Pinghe County and Zhangpu County of Fujian Province. [Method] DNA and RNA were respectively isolated from the collected samples. PCR or reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) were applied for the detection of banana bunchy top virus, banana streak virus, banana sheath rot disease, banana wilt disease and banana cucumber mosaic virus. [Result] The detection ratio for banana sheath rot disease was the highest, followed by banana streak virus and banana bunchy top virus. No banana cucumber mosaic virus was found in all the samples. And banana fusarium wilt was only found in root samples but not in leaves. [Conclusion] Poor management of the banana orchard will lead to the rise of the frequency of banana sheath rot disease and banana streak disease occurrence.
