摘　　要：现行的户籍制度经历了严格限制户口迁移到逐步放开户口迁移的过程,是制约新生代农民工市民化的主要因素。现行的户籍制度存在着分权的户籍管理体制、户籍的利益分配功能、户籍改革进程和户籍法律体系不完善等方面的问题,通过对这些户籍制度的问题分析,提出了户籍制度改革的政策路径,促进新生代农民工市民化。The current household registration system has gone through the process of strictly restricting the migration of household accounts to the gradual release of household registration,which is the main factor restricting the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers. The existing household registration system exists the household registration system,the household registration management decentralization benefit distribution function,the household registration reform process and the household registration legal system is not perfect. This paper makes the problem analysis to the household registration system and puts forward the policy path of the reform of the household registration system to promote the new generation of migrant workers.
