益气补肾活血方对佐剂关节炎大鼠关节滑膜细胞MMPs的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气补肾活血方对佐剂关节炎(AA)模型大鼠关节滑膜细胞MMPs表达水平的影响,探讨该中药复方对类风湿关节炎的治疗机制。方法以雷公藤多苷作为对照,采用AA大鼠模型,用益气补肾活血方对AA大鼠进行灌胃治疗。采用反转录聚合酶链反应检测AA模型大鼠关节滑膜细胞MMPs的m-RNA表达。结果益气补肾活血方治疗后,AA模型大鼠MMPs的表达水平明显下降。结论益气补肾活血方能显著降低MMPs的表达水平,可能是该方治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制之一。Objective To detect the effects of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue（YQBSHX） decoction in the expression of matrix metalloproteinases（MMPs ）of synoviocytes in adjuvant arthritis （AA）. To investigate the effect and mechanism of YQBSHX decoction in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, Methods With the tripterygium glycosides as the control drug, YQBSHX decoction was used to treat AA rats by irrigation treatment. A reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） was used to investigate the expression of MMPs in synoviocyte of AA. Results YQBSHX decoction could significantly reduce the expression of MMPs in synoviocyte of AA. Conclusion YQBSHX decoction can significantly reduce the expression of MMPs in synoviocyte ofAA, which plays important roles in the pathogenesis ofRA, maybe this is a mechanism of YQBSHX decoction in treatment of RA.
