摘　　要：随着互联网技术与医疗产业的不断融合创新,云计算技术不断引领信息技术革命,对医疗信息化建设也提出了新的要求。在此背景下,南京市经过多年的探索和研究,利用互联网、云计算技术,构建了区域内自助医疗服务资源整合、共享、输出和管理体系,即区域自助医疗云服务平台。该平台通过与区域内各级医疗卫生信息平台、各医疗机构业务系统的对接,面向患者提供各类自助医疗服务,便于各级医疗机构统一快速地部署、配置及智能管理相关服务。该平台实现了区域内自助医疗服务资源规范化管理及应用,对应用质量进行有效跟踪、评估和监督,并通过数据分析为管理决策提供支持。With the continues combination of Internet technology and healthcare industry, cloud computing technology leads the revolution of information technology, which also puts forward new requirements for medical Informatization. Under this background, after years of exploration and research, we built a system which named regional self-service medical cloud service platform in Nanjing to integrate, share, export and manage the regional self-service medical services by using the lnternet, cloud computing technology. This platform provides all kinds of medical self-service for patients, and tools for medical institutions to deploy, configure and manage related services quickly through the connection with the medical and health information platforms at all levels in the region. The platform realizes the standardized management and application of self-service medical service resources in the region, assists managers to track, evaluate and monitor application quality effectively and supports managers in making management decisions through data analysis.
