摘 要:目的:在医院信息系统基础上,开发建设新生儿视网膜普筛与随诊系统,建立完整的新生儿视网膜普筛数据库,利用IT技术管理和利用这些数据资料服务临床诊疗活动。方法:通过Web Service数据接口实现与电子病历系统、LIS、PACS、门诊系统数据交互,构建新生儿视网膜普筛数据库,开发随诊功能,运用数据挖掘技术分析数据资料,对视网膜疾病进行多维度、多层次医学科研分析和展示。结果:实现新生儿视网膜普筛数据库多途径采集,为15623名建立视网膜普筛数据库,规范随诊工作,提高随诊诊疗,提高医疗和科研水平。结论:通过开发和应用该系统,能准确、快速、完整构建新生儿视网膜筛查数据库,为眼科医生开展新生儿视网膜疾病筛查项目提供有力的技术支持。Objective: Based on the hospital information system, the screening and follow-up system of retina of newborns is developed and constructed, a complete newborn retina screening database is established, and IT technology is used to manage and use the data to serve to clinical diagnosis and treatment activities. Methods: Through the Web Service data interface, the data exchange with electronic medical record system, LIS, PACS and outpatient system is realized, the newborn retina screening database is constructed, tile follow-up function is developed, data is analyzed with the data mining technology, and multi-dimensional and multi-level medical research analysis and display of retinal diseases are completed. Results: The multi-path collection of the newborn retina screening database is realized, and the retina screening database is established for 15,623 newborns, the follow-up work is standardized, the follow-up diagnosis and treatment is improved, and the medical and scientific research level is improved. Conclusion: Through the development and application of the system, we can accurately, rapidly and completely construct the newborn retina screening database, and provide powerful technical support to the retinal disease screening project of newborns carried out by ophthalmologists.
