摘　　要：目的:通过RFID技术及移动智能终端,建立手术室物联网应用系统,实现对手术室人流及物流的可追溯管理,保障患者安全,提高工作效率。方法:依据手术室管理规范,建立包括手术患者安全核对、用血安全管理、高值耗材管理、手术标本送检管理、手术室设备管理5个功能模块的智能化手术室管理系统,护士通过移动智能终端实时对信息数据进行处理。结果:通过智能化手术室管理系统的建设和管理,规范了患者安全核对、用血管理、高值耗材管理、手术标本送检管理、手术室设备管理,同时对用血、高值耗材及手术标本送检的管理实现动态、可追溯。结论:智能化手术室管理系统的建立,保障了手术患者安全,提高了手术室的工作效率和工作质量,促进了手术室数字化建设的发展。Objective： Establish Internet of things application system in operation room by RFID technology and mobile intelligent terminal to realize the trace back of people flow and the logistics of the operation room, to ensure the safety of patients, improve work efficiency. Methods： According to management regulation of operation room to establishfive functional modules of intelligent operation room management system, including surgical patient safety check, blood safety management, high value consumables management, operative specimen management, operating room equipment management. Nurses can process real-time int-）rmation data through intelligent mobile terminal. Results： Through the intelligent operation room management system, standardize patient safety check, blood management, high value consumables management, operative specimen management, and operating room equipment management, and achieve dynamic management, traceback of blood, high value consumables and operative specimen management.Conclusion： The intelligent management system of operation room ensures the safety of the operation patients, improves the working efficiency and quality of the operation room, and promotes the development of the digital construction of the operation room.
