长春地区健康人群促甲状腺素(TSH)参考范围的建立

摘　　要：目的建立长春地区健康人群血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)的参考区间。方法按美国国家临床生化协会(NACB)指南中关于甲状腺疾病诊断的筛选要求,选取体格检查、实验室检查及甲状腺超声均正常,并排除甲状腺疾病及免疫性疾病的健康人527名,按性别、年龄分组测定血清TSH的浓度水平。结果年龄>20岁的健康男性TSH的分布范围是0.83-4.43mIU/L,健康女性TSH的分布范围是0.87-6.87mIU/L。与试剂盒厂家提供的参考范围相比,本地区正常人群的TSH分布向右偏移,且40岁以上女性TSH高于年轻者(P<0.05),男性各年龄段之间无统计学差异。血清TSH水平在同年龄段间比较,女性均高于男性。结论本研究建立长春地区20岁以上健康人群促甲状腺激素(TSH)的参考区间,为临床医生诊断甲状腺疾病提供确切的实验室数据。Objective To establish serum thyroid stimulationg hormone（TSH）range of normal population in ChangChun area.Methods According to the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry（NACB）for thyroid disease diagnosis requirements,527 individuals were enrolled from examination center in the first hospital of Jilin University.All subjects were excluded from thyroid diseases and immune diseases.Serum TSH were detected according to different ages and sex ranges.Results The reference range of TSH was 0.83-4.43mIU/L in male,and 0.87-6.87mIU/L in female.Compared with reference range from reagent indication,the distributions of serum TSH in normal populations were skewed distribution.First,the serum TSH in female above40 were significantly higher than the yong,but there was no statistical significance among different ages in male.More,the serum TSH in female were significantly higher than that of male in the same age people（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The serum TSH range of normal population above 20 years old were established in ChangChun area,improving accuracy laboratory datas of clinical doctors for diagnosis of thyroid diseases
