摘 要:开展计算机产业发展效率研究,对于促进以计算机产业为代表的高新技术产业的发展具有指导意义,进而实现助推经济增长、优化升级区域产业链、加速人力资本的集聚等经济发展目标。应用因子分析模型实证计算了中国计算机产业发展效率,通过研究发现,2009年~2015年期间,中国计算机产业发展效率呈现出较为显著的上升趋势,进一步分析发现,R&D机构数、新产品开发项目支出有助于提升计算机产业研发创新效率,而R&D项目经费阻碍计算机产业研发创新效率的提升。研究结论为有针对性地制定计算机产业发展政策提供了理论依据。Research on computer industry and development efficiency has guiding significance for promoting the development of high-tech industry in the computer industry, accelerates human capital accumulation and economic development goals.Using factor analysis model development efficiency, it analyzes the computer industry in China from 2009 to 2015, shows rising trend significantly in the development efficiency of the computer industry, illustrates that R&D development project expenditure is helpful to improve the efficiency of innovation and development of computer industry, R&D inhibition of research and innovation project enhance the efficiency of computer.This conclusion provides a theoretical basis on the formulation of the policy for the development of computer industry.
