摘 要:采用SN/T 2718-2010电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对不锈钢304中铬含量的不确定度进行了评定,不确定度主要受实验的各方面影响,量化了各个方面不确定度,最终给出铬的合成标准不确定度是0.38%,在不确定度的分量中,标准系列和标准溶液对合成不确定度的贡献最大,在检测工作中特别注意标准系列的配制的操作规范,增加重复实验次数。The uncertainty for determination of Cr in stainless SUS304 by inductively coupled plasma atomic emis- sion spectrometry was evaluated. The main sources of uncertainty resulted from the determination process were discussed and calculated. Last, the combined standard uncertainty of Cr was 038 %.In the uncertainty components, the standard series and the standard solution play an important role in the total combined uncertainty. Therefore, ana- lytical operator should play special attention to the series of standards and standard solution preparation operation in detection work, at the same time, repeat many experiments.
