摘 要:原油长输管道的自动化控制系统主要采用传统的可编程控制器(PLC)控制技术。某原油输送管线站控监控及数据采集系统(SCADA)的升级改造中,成功地采用总线控制系统(FCS)与传统的PLC技术相结合,从现场设备接线盒到中心控制室仅用1对双绞线即可完成数字通信,所有智能设备之间共用1对双绞屏蔽线进行连接,极大地减少了现场施工费用以及控制电缆及辅助材料数量,并实现了对全线设备及管网进行集中监视、管理和控制的目的。Traditional PLC control technology is mainly used in automatic control system of crude oil long distance pipeline. The combined technology of FCS and traditional PLC is successfully applied in SCADA system upgrading for a crude oil pipeline station. Digital communication can be realized through one twisted-pair wire from the field device junction box to central control room. All intelligent equipment are connected with one twisted pair shielding wire. The cost of site construction and number of control cable and auxiliary material is greatly reduced. Centralized monitoring, managing and controlling for all field devices and pipeline network are realized.
