建筑隔震施工关键技术探讨——以万辉星城学校一期项目为例

摘　　要：以万辉星城学校一期项目为例,介绍了隔震机理、隔震施工工艺流程,尤其是支墩预埋件的定位与安装、下支墩浇筑、隔震支座安装、上支墩钢筋绑扎及隔震层混凝土浇筑等关键施工要点,并从经济层面上分析了其优越性。结果表明:上部结构模型为隔震结构后,虽然增加了隔震费用,但建筑面积增大、混凝土用量及含钢量降低。Taking isolation technology in Wan Hui Xing Cheng school first phase project as an example,this paper introduced the isolation technology basic principle,the construction technological process and main control points,such as Piers embedded parts,under Piers concrete pouring,isolation bearing installation. Then,from the economic and security,its advantages were analyzed. The results show that shock-isolation construction cost increase,but the upper isolation structure can increase building area and reduce concrete and steel amount.
