互联网技术普及对区域农业环境效率的影响

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的快速发展与普及以及"互联网+"战略的实施,互联网技术对农业的影响日益凸显,如何利用互联网技术提高农业环境效率、实现农业可持续发展是亟待解决的现实问题。文章首先从技术效应和环境效应两个维度分析了互联网技术对农业环境效率的作用机理,然后基于非径向方向距离函数,对中国省域的农业环境效率进行了测度,采用Bootstrap方法分析了互联网技术普及对农业环境效率的影响。研究结果表明,互联网技术普及对农业环境效率产生了显著的影响,在诸多影响因素中,互联网技术普及对农业环境效率具有较大促进作用,已成为推动农业环境效率提升的新引擎;不同区域的农业环境效率差异较大,效率值高的地区与效率值低的地区在互联网技术普及与应用中的侧重点不同。With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology as well as the implementation of the ＂Internet ＋＂ strategy, the influence of Intemet technology on agriculture has become increasingly prominent. How to use Internet technology to improve agricultural environmental efficiency and realize the sustainable development of agriculture is a practical problem to be solved urgently. This paper analyzes the mechanism of Internet technology to agricultural environmental efficiency from two aspects of the technical effect and the environmental effect. Based on the non-radial direction distance function, the paper measures the agricultural environmental efficiency at provincial level in China, and explores the influence of the Internet technology popularization on agricultural environmental efficiency by applying Bootstrap method. The study results show that the Internet technology popularization has a significant impact on agricultural envi- ronmental efficiency. Among the influential factors, the Internet technology popularization has a great positive effect on agricultural envi- ronmental efficiency, which has become a new engine to promote agricultural environmental efficiency. The agricultural environmental efficiency in different regions is quite different. High efficiency regions and low efficiency regions have the different focuses on Internet technology popularization and application.
