影响城市社区草根体育组织发展的因素分析及对策研究

摘　　要：在分析草根体育组织内涵及特征的基础上,采用实地走访和问卷调查等方法,以陕西省四个地级市所辖的124个草根体育组织为研究对象,对其组织管理、经费收支、人员构成、活动内容与时间、场地设施与环境以及专业指导等情况进行了较为深入的调查。结果表明:身份地位缺失、组织核心人物素质偏低、活动内容单一、健身指导不够专业、风险管控意识不强、外部资源缺失等问题是制约草根体育组织健康发展的主要因素,并依此提出了一系列有针对性的应对策略。Based on analysing the connotation and features of the grassroots sports organizations and with the research methods of on-the-spot investigation and questionaire investigation,the paper has made researches of 124 grassroots sports organizations of four cities in Shanxi province.The research covers the management,finance,members,activity,facility,environment and professional guidance of these organizations.The research shows that the main factors restricting the development of the grassroots sports organizations include lack of identity,low quality of core member,monotonous activity,unprofessional guidance,inadequate risk control awareness and lack of external resources.The paper also proposes countermeasures.
