摘 要:采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件平台,分析了GH4169圆棒在精锻过程中旋转角度和送进速度对外观形状、内部应力和中心等效应变的影响。计算结果表明,当送进速度为3.0 m·min^(-1)时,即使采用较小的旋转角度,产品的表面质量也较好;当送进速度增大到4.5 m·min^(-1)时,采用较小的旋转角度,产品表面出现较重的螺旋纹,随着旋转角度的增大,产品表面质量逐渐好转;当送进速度达到6.0 m·min^(-1)时,采用最大旋转角度锻造,表面仍然留下重度螺旋纹。在送进速度为3.0和4.5 m·min^(-1)时,随着旋转角度的增加,中心等效应变均呈现出先增加后减小的变化规律,而Y向拉应力则为先减少后增加。综合考虑精锻后锻件表面质量最优、中心等效应变最大和Y向拉应力值最小等情况,若铸锭内部质量较好,选择旋转角度为14.0(°)/次,送进速度为4.5 m·min^(-1),使锻造开裂倾向最低的同时节约锻造时间;若锻造质量稍差,选择旋转角度为14.5(°)/次,送进速度为3.0 m·min^(-1),以提高中心等效应变,从而达到消除或减轻缩孔、疏松等冶金缺陷的目的。DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software was used to analyze the effects of rotating angle and feeding rate on the shape,internal stress and center equivalent strain of GH4169 bar during precision forging process. According to the analysis results,when the feeding rate reaches 3. 0 m · min^-1,the surface quality of the samples is good though the rotating angle is small; when the feeding rate increases to4. 5 m·min^-1,the surfaces of the samples show severe spiral stripes with small rotating angle,and the surface quality is improved with the increase of rotating angle; when the feeding rate increases to 6. 0 m·min^-1,although maximal rotating angle is used,the surfaces of the sample still show severe spiral stripes. When the feeding rate is 3. 0 and 4. 5 m·min^-1,with the increasing rotating angle,the center equivalent strain increases first and then decreases,while the tensile stress along Y-direction shows the opposite trend. Overall considering the conditions that the precision forgings has the best surface quality,maximum center equivalent strain and minimum Y-direction tensile stress,if the cast ingots have good internal quality,the rotating angle of 14. 0( °)/times and feeding rate of 4. 5 m·min^-1are chose to achieve minimum forging cracking tendency and to save forging time; if forging quality is not good enough,the rotating angle of 14. 5( °)/times and feeding rate of3. 0 m·min^-1are chose to increase center equivalent strain to eliminate or decrease metallurgical defects like shrinkage cavity and porosity.
