超大面积钛合金头盖骨缺损补片的数字化设计及其成形研究

摘  要:利用CT数据处理技术与夹持工艺进行头盖骨钛网补片数字化设计与制备是一种新的设计制造方法。以典型的超大面积头盖骨缺损患者为研究对象,首先将病人头部的CT断层数据按照医学图像切割方法进行骨骼与头皮、脑组织的图像边缘切割,运用配准方法将切割出的头盖骨断层图像进行配准,并应用三维可视化技术实现患者头盖骨数学模型的重构。然后在此基础上,使用薄板样条插值技术按照头盖骨健康侧曲面延展过渡得到头盖骨补片的数学模型。最后,根据头盖骨补片的数学模型设计出头盖骨补片冲压成形所用的凸凹模具,并加工出所需的头盖骨钛网补片。该技术解决了头盖骨补片制备中存在的加工精度低、制作成本高、周期长等问题,同时提高了补片与缺损边缘的贴合精度。Using CT data processing technology and clamping process to carry out the digital design and manufacture of titanium alloy cranial prosthesis is a new design and manufacture method. Took patient with large area cranial defects for typical research object,firstly,the CT fault data of the patient's head was segmented with the image edge of the scalp and brain tissue according to the medical image segmentation method,using registration method to realize registration of segmented cranial fault image and reconstruction of patients with cranial model application of 3D visualization technology. On this basis,the mathematical model of the cranial prosthesis was obtained by the thin plate spline interpolation technique according to the extension of the curved surface of the healthy side of the cranial. Finally,the stamping die and punch of the cranial prosthesis were designed according to mathematical model,and the titanium alloy cranial prosthesis was required. The technique solves the problems of low processing precision,high cost and long cycle length in cranial prosthesis manufacture,and improves the fitting precision of the cranial prosthesis and the edge of the defect.
