摘 要:利用数控渐进成形机床对PC板料进行渐进成形实验,探究了成形工具头不同主轴转速和进给速度对PC板成形极限的影响。实验结果表明,当进给速度保持3000 mm·min^(-1)不变时,随着主轴转速的增大,板料渐进成形力不断减小,成形极限不断降低,零件表面质量也不断下降,并且当主轴转速达到1500 r·min^(-1)时,零件底部会出现表面褶皱缺陷;当主轴转速保持500 r·min^(-1)不变时,随着进给速度的增大,板料渐进成形力不断增大,成形极限不断降低,零件表面质量较好,底部未出现表面褶皱缺陷。The incremental forming experiment of Polycarbonate( PC) sheet was carried out by using the numerical control incremental forming machine tool,and the influence of different spindle speeds and feeding speeds on the forming limit of PC plate was experimentally inquired. The experimental results show that when the feeding speed is remained at 3000 mm·min^-1,the incremental forming force and the forming limit of sheet metal decrease with the increasing of the spindle speed,and the surface quality of the parts also decreases.When the spindle speed reaches 1500 r·min^-1,surface wrinkle defects occur at the bottom of the parts. When the spindle speed is remained at 500 r·min^-1,with the increasing of the feeding rate,the incremental forming force of the sheet metal increases,the forming limit decreases,the surface quality of the parts is improved,and the surface wrinkle defects don't occur at the bottom of the parts.
