摘　　要：本文通过对倪禹功先生的介绍,分别阐述了倪禹功为嘉兴图书馆手抄《至元嘉禾志》,撰著《嘉秀近代画人搜铨》《嘉秀藏家集录》等地方文献著作,将自己所收藏的古籍书画等珍贵文献全部捐赠给故乡嘉兴,突出了倪禹功对嘉兴地方文献事业的重要贡献。The paper describes the handwritten ZhiYuan Jia He Zhi by Ni Yugong for Jiaxing Library, and his written Jia Xiu Modern Painters, Jia Xiu Collectors and other local literature works respectively through the introduction of Mr. Ni Yugong. He donated all the collected ancient books, calligraphy and other precious literature to his hometown of Jiaxing, all of which highlighted his important contributions to Jiaxing local literature.
